WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY / 18 MONTH WARRANTY POLICY?

Return any of our products -> no questions asked within 30 days of purchase. 

Returns post 30 days and upto 18 months from the purchase ->                                                                                                                                                                  We handle returns on a case-by-case basis offering replacements for any manufacturing defects with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.

HOW ARE ELEVEN PRODUCTS DELIVERED?

Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 10-15 working days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Sunday.
